While ShuttlU facilitates connections between drivers and riders, we act solely as a platform. Users agree to hold ShuttlU harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their use of the service.
3. Insurance Requirements
Drivers must maintain valid insurance coverage meeting state minimum requirements. Proof of insurance must be provided and verified before offering rides.
4. Verification Process
All users must complete our verification process, including:
- University email verification
- Valid government-issued ID
- Driver's license verification (for drivers)
- Vehicle registration (for drivers)
5. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes between users will be mediated through our support team. Users agree to attempt resolution through our platform before pursuing other legal remedies.
